Our mission is to provide a loving sanctuary where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can cultivate compassion and confidence through the innate bond between horses and humans, while deepening connections with the earth and each other.
About Us
Daisy Chain Sanctuary is a sanctuary for horses, people, and our planet. Our mission is to provide a safe haven for horses deemed “unadoptable,” offer transformative experiences that inspire personal growth, and nurture a deep connection to nature and our shared world.
At the heart of our work are three guiding pillars:
Compassion: We provide permanent refuge to horses who have been overlooked or cast aside, giving them love, care, and a meaningful role in our programs.
Connection: Horses are incredible teachers. Through programs like the Horse Connection Pass and Magical Mini visits, we foster healing, self-discovery, and a renewed sense of purpose for people of all ages and backgrounds.
Community: We are more than a sanctuary; we are a movement. Together, we create a space where horses, humans, and the planet are valued, supported, and celebrated. Daisy, the sanctuary’s namesake, was born in my arms with a heart on her face and love in her eyes. Her story reminds us of the power of unconditional love and the importance of creating a world where every being has a chance to thrive.
