About Us
Because of Brucey is dedicated to rescuing, nurturing, and providing a safe haven for animals, with a special focus on neonatal kittens in need. Our mission is to offer compassionate care, foster growth, and advocate for responsible pet ownership while connecting vulnerable animals with loving forever homes. We strive to create a lasting impact on animal welfare in Louisiana and globally through education, community involvement, and specialized care.
Our Commitment Rescue and Care: We provide 24/7 specialized rescue and care for orphaned, abandoned, or at-risk neonatal kittens and other animals, including round-the-clock bottle feeding and essential medical treatments.
Community Education: We implement youth programs and community outreach initiatives to educate on responsible pet ownership, animal welfare, and the unique needs of neonatal kittens.
Global Reach: We aim to expand our influence by collaborating with international organizations to share best practices and promote animal welfare initiatives worldwide.
Expansion of Services: We aim to establish "kitten nurseries" throughout Louisiana and beyond, ensuring more vulnerable kittens receive specialized care.
Collaboration: We partner with local veterinarians, businesses, and organizations to strengthen our impact and reach. Through these efforts, Because of Brucey seeks to foster a compassionate community that values and protects all animals while providing immediate, life-saving care to those most in need.

The mission of ReelTime Animal Rescue is to promote animal wellness, provide education, and establish a funding channel for caregivers and organizations on the front lines of animal cruelty, wildlife rehabilitation and placement.
