Our Mission
To work around the clock to save helpless animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment. We are well-known in our area for rescuing slaughter-bound horses to rehabilitate them and place them into lifetime homes. We speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.
About Us
Circle L Rescue is a Non-Profit 501 (c) 3 non-profit dog and horse rescue. Our journey began in 2009, visualizing a non-profit to support our community's neglected and abandoned animals. Circle L Rescue was formed in 2011 to provide sensible solutions to the reckless killing of American horses through the slaughter pipeline, and the overpopulation of unwanted large & giant breed dogs. We've grown considerably since then, all thanks to the helping hands of our community! Circle L Farm Horses and Rescue was legally incorporated and received 501(c)3 status in 2019.
Circle L Rescue is located in Northeast Oklahoma. We are a very small rural rescue with a team of all volunteers, who provide the momentum needed to focus on making the maximum positive effect. Using community-driven models, we take actions that make a long-lasting difference in the lives of the animals we serve.

The mission of ReelTime Animal Rescue is to promote animal wellness, provide education, and establish a funding channel for caregivers and organizations on the front lines of animal cruelty, wildlife rehabilitation and placement.
